A Different Christmas Eve

Last night was Christmas Eve and guess what, we had an epic fail Christmas Eve even though we planned it days before. HAHA >:)) But still I enjoyed my Christmas Eve because I'm with my family. T'was simple yet memorable, we heard mass at Sta. Maria Church and I thought we're too early but no! there's so many people that we just heard mass outside the church, good thing we brought our chair.

My mother did not cook any food for Noche Buena because we plan to just eat out after the mass but unluckily stores were closed and so we just toured around the town and went to Paseo and Tada~ we have food for the night. We ate together looked at the beautiful sky and sea, and we just talked through the night waiting for the night to end.

"Noche Buena does not mean GOOD FOOD but it means GOOD NIGHT. Noche Buena means this Mass, a Eucharistic Celebration and this Eucharistic Celebration means the BANQUET." Yeah! And last night was a GOOD NIGHT for all of us. And the most important of all, in Christmas, we celebrate and make present the birth of Christ and the beginning of our redemption. Thus, we celebrate two birthdays, our rebirth and Christ's birth.

SO, A HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO DEAR JESUS AND TO ALL OF US! ;)
